The Java House owns and operates The Java House Bakery in Iowa City, delivering fresh baked pastries each morning to each Iowa City Java House Location. In order to accommodate all of our guests, we encourage you to place your larger pastry or sweets orders ahead of time, preferably at least 24 hours in advance.

We will present your special order in white pastry boxes unless otherwise requested. Aluminum trays with clear lids are available for a charge of $1.00.

Your order will be available for pick up at your desired Java House location upon store opening, unless otherwise specified.

The Java House now offers your favorite brewed coffee, Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate or Tropical Iced Tea in convenient insulated, disposable packaging. Our to go boxes keep your beverage hot or cold for a minimum of 2 hours.

In order to accomodate your order in a timely manner, we kindly ask that you telephone your order to your desired Java House location at least 1 hour in advance. Tropical Iced Tea may require 24 hours advance notice to allow for chilling.
