No. 94 is a "northern Italian style" espresso blend slightly lighter roasted and sweeter to the taste than its darker roasted and more pungent cousins in southern Italy. It features hints of milk chocolate and a faintly floral aroma. No. 94 can heavily dominate a short milk beverage, but blooms and balances beautifully at four parts milk to one part coffee, rounding toward a rich, minty dark chocolate.
