Next in our line of limited espressos is Costa Rican Honeyed. A honeyed coffee has a slightly different processing method, which leaves an extra layer of skin surroudning the coffee seed. This skin contains high levels of plant sugars, leading to a sweeter fuller bodied shot of espresso.
